Dr. Jonathan Sabourin is one of New England’s top surgeons for ankle scopes and Brostrom procedures. Graduating from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine, and completing his Surgical Residency at MetroWest Medical Center specializing in trauma of lower extremity, Dr. Sabourin has a true appreciation for the repair of sports injuries.
He has shared his expertise professionally for almost 20 years by teaching residents and other physicians his procedures. He is a member of the resident selection committee for Charter Care and Roger Williams Medical Center. Dr. Sabourin is also a surgical instructor for ankle arthroscopy and surgical techniques.
He is a board member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, board qualified in Reconstructive Foot and Ankle Surgery by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and board qualified by the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Sabourin is President Emeritus and a board member of the Rhode Island Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Sabourin is a Southcoast Health affiliate specialist for Charlton Memorial Hospital, a Brown University Health affiliate specialist for The Miriam Hospital, and has privileges at Roger Williams Hospital.
Alexander Trottier, DPM
Foot and Ankle Physician
Dr. Alexander Trottier is a podiatric surgeon board trained in forefoot, rear foot, and ankle surgery with associated pathologies. Dr. Trottier received his undergraduate education from University of Massachusetts Dartmouth and attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine. Originally from Blackstone, Dr. Trottier returned home to New England to complete his Surgical Residency at Kent Hospital in Rhode Island. He is an affiliate specialist for Southcoast Health and Brown University Health.
Outside of the office, Dr. Trottier’s hobbies include hiking with his wife and dog, and enjoys time with friends whether it be at the gym or out golfing.
